Job description:

Reporting to the Operations Manager and as our clients’ and visitors’ first point of contact, you are responsible for representing Scandia Gear’s brand values.


This includes:

  • Welcoming our clients and visitors and representing Scandia Gear’s brand values
  • Directing calls to the relevant departments and colleagues
  • Managing meeting rooms, including organizing scheduling, catering, and IT
  • Ensuring that the reception area and all public spaces are tidy, welcoming, and comfortable for visitors
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Performing regular stationery audits, managing orders and business relationships with office equipment suppliers
  • Booking taxis for clients and colleagues and managing corporate taxi accounts
  • Assisting departments with administrative and other assigned duties


Job requirements:

  • GCE Advanced Level (A Level)
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate setting
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and motivated
