Accounting Administrator

Scandia Gear Middle East Trading L.L.C. is looking for an Accounting Administrator! As Accounting Administrator, you and your colleagues from the Accounting team at HQ in The Netherlands, are responsible for the execution of the general financial administration. At the head office, the administration of our branches in Rotterdam, Singapore, Houston and Dubai is carried out.

Tasks and responsibilities:

-          Managing, processing and archiving system data, (digital) correspondence and documentation;
-          Responsible for the correct and timely invoicing to our customers;
-          Processing purchase invoices and reconcile them with purchase orders and good receipts;
-          Co-execution to accounts receivables and accounts payables administration;
-          Other supporting activities

Job requirements:

-          Secondary school thinking and working level
-          Minimum 2 years of work experience in a comparable administrative position

-          Excellent command of the English language in both word and writing
-          MS office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) mastery
-          Available for 6 days a week
-          Experience with Exact Globe/ Synergy is a nice to have
-          Analytical; flexible; accurate; proactive; communicative skills; independent, but a team player; customer-oriented and problem-solving.
