Purchase Associate

Als Purchase Associate ondersteun je de activiteiten van de verkoop door het adequaat en tijdig inkopen van artikelen, het beheren van de minimum- en maximumvoorraden en het voeren van de onderliggende administratie daarvan.


Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Highlights uit het takenpakket:

  • Zorgdragen voor een optimaal voorraadbeheer;
  • Het inkopen van artikelen tegen de beste condities;
  • De verkoopafdeling voorzien van de benodigde informatie m.b.t. het commerciële proces;
  • Het onderhouden van intensieve contacten met toeleveranciers in binnen- en buitenland over o.m. orders, inkoopcondities, opdrachtbevestigingen, manco's en rapportages.


Functie-eisen

  • Een enthousiaste, gedreven persoonlijkheid met circa 2 jaar werkervaring in inkoopfuncties.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een MBO+ denk- en werkniveau.
  • Je kunt je goed uitdrukken in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Communicatief vaardig; commercieel ingesteld; zelfstandig, maar wel samen kunnen werken; nauwkeurig.
